CONTEMPLATING RECOVERY FREE SUPPORT GROUP

Recovery Happens Within Community

Struggling with ambivalence, food, and body image is an isolating and confusing experience. In a culture that normalizes disordered eating, it’s possible you’re left with questions such as:

  • Am I sick enough?
  • Do I even have an eating disorder?
  • Can I fix this on my own?
  • Will I ever know a life without the obsession?

If these sound familiar, chances are, you could benefit from support.

BALANCE eating disorder treatment center™ is proud to offer a FREE Virtual Support Group twice a month. This group is intended for those contemplating eating disorder treatment or for loved ones seeking support.

This group is provided at no cost. Our support groups are a safe and empathetic space where group members gain insight from our expert facilitator and receive support from other group members. Our goal is to reduce shame and isolation, address barriers to care, and inspire the first steps toward recovery.
