Step into life in a meaningful way with BALANCE’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

The goal of IOP is to support you in maintaining a stable foundation while integrating new skills and supportive behaviors into the rhythm of your life.

Leave with innovative tools, a customized plan, and strategic how-tos to sustain your recovery.

When is it Time to Consider IOP Day Treatment?

If you sense that your relationship with food and your body is beginning to cause disruption in your life, our IOP may be the ideal option for you. An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers an essential intermediate stage between levels of care. Our weeknight program is uniquely flexible with virtual, in-person, evening, and daytime options to suit your scheduling needs best.

Enhance your Treatment

Our IOP program blends seamlessly with our Saturday Program for additional support. For the best chance of full recovery, we recommend clients step down through all four levels of care.

This program has been designed to best support clients as a sequence of care; from PHP into an IOP program, then to our Saturday program and individual services.

Our Continuum of Care tapers treatment, providing more autonomy with each level for greatest chance of success and relapse prevention.
