If you DO have Out-of-Network Benefits you have a much greater chance of reimbursement for BALANCE treatment programs. And because of our new licenses, you could get a lot more of your costs for care reimbursed.
What to ask your insurance:
Call the number on the back of your card where it says Member Services. Request to speak to the eligibility or benefits department and ask:
•Do I have an out of network benefit on my policy?
•Are ‘PHP’ or ‘IOP’ programs reimbursable levels of care under my mental health coverage?
•Do these services require a referral from my primary care provider?
•What is my deductible and has much of it has been met this year?
After you complete a thorough 90 minute intake assessment with BALANCE, we can call in preauthorization for the right level of care for you.
