Rachel Prager is a social worker specializing in the treatment of substance use and eating disorders. She received her Master's Degree in Social Work from Hunter College. In addition, she has completed training to receive her Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) certificate. Rachel has experience providing group and individual psychotherapy to vulnerable and at-risk adults struggling with mental illnesses. She is also skilled in providing case management services and facilitating linkages to care. Her previous practice settings include the Mount Sinai Hospital Addiction Institute Opioid Treatment Program and the National Association on Drug Abuse Problems (NADAP). Through her experiences, Rachel has been able to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to help clients achieve their optimal health and well being.
