In our Parents and Loved Ones Support Group you will:

Understand the complexity of eating disorders

Learn signs and symptoms that your loved one is struggling

Join an open space to get support from other loved ones in a similar situation

Understand caregiver fatigue and discover ways to provide self-care in this process

This group is provided at no cost. Our support groups are a safe and empathetic space where group members gain insight from our expert facilitator and receive support from other group members. Our goal is to reduce shame and isolation, address barriers to care, and inspire the first steps toward recovery.
