The Outpatient Group provides the following components:

Ongoing weekly 75-minute Group

CBT, mindfulness, experiential and psychodynamic approaches; topics are developed based on client need and include coping skills, body image, identity, communication skills and cultural influences

Ideal as a step down from more intensive outpatient programming
