BALANCE’s Holiday Headstart 12-Day Intensive is held from Monday to Saturday for two weeks, designed to break through your barriers and ignite your path to recovery.
This program is perfect for students between semesters, parents looking to free up their headspace for their children, and busy professionals needing a recovery reset before the end of the year.
We are experts at navigating barriers to treatment and helping you do the same. No matter how daunting the process may seem, eating disorder treatment can be rapid and long-lasting with an integrated and holistic approach.
Complete recovery is possible with the right care.
Recovering from an eating disorder will allow you to spend your time and energy on the people and things that bring you joy. We work with clients on the skills they need to navigate recovery’s nonlinear nature. That’s why BALANCE works with you to adapt to life beyond treatment, making lasting recovery more accessible than ever before.
We work with each client individually to not only help you reduce painful eating disorder symptoms but also put recovery into practice through tools and tips to keep you recovery-focused outside of BALANCE programs.
Our Holiday Head Start 12-Day Intensive sets you on the path of recovery with guidance from our expert team.
Invest in your recovery ahead of the holidays.
With the holidays fast approaching, life is undeniably getting busier and busier. However, your recovery from an eating disorder cannot wait until the holiday season ends. If you have felt yourself succumbing to the season’s stress by using eating disorder behaviors, now is the time to consider treatment.
Our Holiday Head Start 12-Day Intensive is twelve days of concentrated treatment in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to reset your coping mechanisms and help free up the time and energy your eating disorder takes. This program was made for you, whether you are a busy professional, a stressed student, or an overwhelmed parent. Take this opportunity to invest in yourself and your recovery.
Many BALANCE clients choose to take advantage of our efficacious outpatient treatment options. Each of our BALANCE programs can be utilized as a stand-alone treatment or as part of a holistic and integrative treatment plan.
To best support lasting recovery, we recommend that clients step down through our levels of care in sequential steps. At BALANCE, clients can move from our PHP into our IOP program and then, as behaviors become less and less frequent, to the Saturday program.
After completing these more intensive programmatic steps, our clients can continue with individual services, providing a seamless continuum of care.
