Feature Friday: Tiffany Roe of Mindful Counseling
With Diet Culture in full swing this January, we love seeing members of our community fighting back and helping others find peace with their food and bodies. That is why this Friday, we are excited to feature therapist, speaker and self-proclaimed intuitive eater Tiffany Roe on the BALANCE blog!
She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who is the podcast host of Therapy Thoughts & the owner of Mindful Counseling in Orem Utah. She has focused her career on treatment for women navigating eating disorder recovery, disordered eating, poor body image, poor relationships with themselves and food, substance abuse, anxiety and low self-worth. She believes that we can all love ourselves, our minds, bodies and relationships with food.
We were inspired by her #ditchthediet2019 21 day challenge she started to kick off the New Year. This free 21-day challenge aids people break down old thought patterns and create a better relationship with their mind, body, and food.
Tiffany is passionate about providing access to helpful tools that can help people transform their lives. She started the Tiffany Roe School with an array of digital courses that deliver therapeutic lessons and skills in a budget-friendly and time-effective manner. With topics including self-care, mindfulness, emotional regulation, body image, intuitive eating and more.
We thank Tiffany for empowering others to find freedom from diet culture!
