We know that reaching out can be difficult, but we're so glad you've found us. Our goal is to make the admission process seamless.

Our intake process begins simply with a phone call to our main office or an email inquiry to our website. We will gather information about your concerns and answer any questions you may have. You will be offered an in person appointment at your convenience. Should you wish to see our facility before making a decision about treatment we encourage you and your family to tour our center and meet with members of our team.


All clients meet with a member of our Admissions Team for an intake. You will also be asked to sign a consent form giving us permission to contact any treatment providers or referents involved in your care. A list of the required lab work we will need will be provided by a member of our Admissions team. We request that you complete your labs within one week of starting a BALANCE program.

If you are contacting us from out-of-state or from a residential setting we will arrange to conduct all necessary admission interviews by phone.

After the intake is complete, we will reach out to your current outpatient team to discuss our assessment and coordinate care in accordance with our collaborative treatment recommendation. After consulting with your treatment team we will establish a personalized treatment plan best suited to you.
